Submitting a Ticket
Tickets are the way TFMI VIP answers technical or operational questions. Submitting a ticket begins a private conversation between you and TFMI VIP support.
Please, please - check the Knowledgebase first, as the answer to your question is likely to be there.
To open a new ticket: https://support.tfmi.wtf/index.php?a=add
Enter your TFMI VIP Username (same as PA Username), email address, Subject and Message. Click "Submit Ticket".


You'll quickly get an email with a link to your new ticket. You can click on that link to bring you to the page with the ticket where you can update it, or answer additional questions from support.
When TFMI support responds to your ticket, you'll get another email notifying you that there's something new.
We only respond to tickets from TFMI VIP registered users, so it is important to include your TFMI Username and the email address you registered with.
